All aspects of lead management are dealt with in detail.
For example, lead channels, funnel management or the development of additional target groups with a corresponding user journey are specifically developed and expanded upon. Key performance indicators are defined and future KPI targets are created. This applies to all products and offer variants. In two two-day workshops, the strategic aspects and their operationalization and implementation (user journeys, automation, etc.) are developed and documented in all facets. The subsequent coaching and support phase is intended to ensure knowledge transfer and goal achievement.
